Small cohorts, or none
Every programme depends on discussion and individual critique. Cohorts are capped at the size at which that remains real, and a cohort that cannot be filled properly is postponed rather than padded.

The Institute
What Verrow is
An independent professional training institute. Programmes run as small, live online cohorts for adults already in work.
The institute exists because most professional practice, such as writing that colleagues can act on, reading quantitative evidence honestly, sequencing work across teams and explaining complex material out loud, is learned by accident, late, and under pressure. Teaching it deliberately takes seminars small enough for discussion, exercises drawn from real work, and someone reading each piece of work carefully.
Commitments
01
Every programme depends on discussion and individual critique. Cohorts are capped at the size at which that remains real, and a cohort that cannot be filled properly is postponed rather than padded.
02
Studio exercises use documents, reports, plans and briefings from the participant's actual role. Nothing here is a case study invented for the classroom.
03
Work is answered in writing by the person who taught the session. We do not issue grades, rankings or scores, and we do not claim outcomes on our participants' behalf.
04
Verrow is an independent institute. We are not a degree-granting body, we hold no examination-board status, and our certificates record participation rather than any regulated credential.
Teaching
Sessions are led by practitioners who work in the discipline they teach. We publish no faculty pages, portraits or biographies on this website.
That is a deliberate omission rather than an oversight. A staff page is only useful if every credential on it is verifiable, and we will not present people, photographs or qualifications we cannot stand behind publicly. The person leading your cohort is named, with their relevant background, in the joining information you receive before the first seminar, and you can ask about them during the admissions conversation.
